Chef Félix
Chef Félix Noguera brings with him an extensive experience from Michelin-starred kitchens and globally-renowned luxury dining brands. Trained in Spain, Chef Felix honed his craft at three-Michelin-starred Can Fabes by Santi Santamaría and Aponiente by Ángel León, before taking on leadership roles at Nobu London and Cipriani – part of the internationally acclaimed Cipriani group with prestigious restaurants worldwide. Chef Félix has also been responsible for the opening of stores in Mexico City, Abu Dhabi, Ibiza, and Miami.


GM Vincent
General Manager Vincent Jaureguiberry brings with him a wealth of experience from world-class hospitality institutions and Michelin-starred restaurants. A seasoned sommelier, Vincent cut his cloth from impactful stints at Michelin-starred establishments in Paris, as well as spearheading operations for luxury dining brands across Europe and Asia. Since crossing to Singapore, Vincent has lead the hospitality service at Basque Kitchen and Restaurant Absinthe. His career also includes managing other Asian venues in Tokyo and Bangkok.
