Established in Craig Road in 2012, Spanish restaurant Binomio has relocated to a swanky new home at Raffles Hotel Singapore.
It is now helmed by Spanish executive chef Felix Noguera, 42, who has worked at three-Michelin-starred Spanish establishments Can Fabes by the late chef Santi Santamaria and Aponiente by Angel Leon.
